Founded by a Guyanese family that has upheld tradition and culture for generations, Caribbean Rasoi is an act - a preservation of a centuries old story with rich culinary and cultural heritage. We strive to bring to light the authentic Guyanese cuisine that has been overshadowed by ‘fast’ Guyanese food that has lost that flavours that once made it a standout in the culinary world.
